Polanie (The Settlers) is a real-time strategy game heavily inspired by Warcraft, created by Polish programmers from Krakow - MDF. The first version was released on floppy disks and later released via Drahma on CD-ROM with dubbing. This version came to the Germany and Czech Republic as well as a fully localized (Victory / Osadníci). Game's story is set in the year 699, where the player is in the role of Slavic prince Mirko, leading them to conquer surrounding tribes. The game includes one campaign with 25 missions where the units on both sides are the same. The economy is represented by gathering a single raw resource - milk, produced by cows and is used to construction of buildings and units...
