The Case of the Rose Tattoo je pokračovaním adventúry The Case of the Serrated Scalpel, so slávnym detektívom Sherlockom Holmesom a Dr.Watsonom v hlavnej úlohe. Príbeh začína vyšetrovaním incidentu - explózie, pri ktorom je zranený Sherlockov brat Mycroft. Hráč najskôr ovláda Dr.Watsona, neskôr Holmesa a opäť bude riešiť náročné hádanky v dobových scénach pekne vykresleného, historického Viktoriánskeho Anglicka. Všetky postavy a ich animácie sú kvalitne digitalizované a väčšina textu je nahovorená...
