A team may include a maximum of 5 characters. You begin the game with only one - Zeloran, or you can import complete party from previous game Ishar 1. Imported characters was limited to start on level 10, and have no equipment.
We have shown that relationships play an important part: votes on enrolment or dismissal, serialkillings, refusal to give first aid. These are based on the "alignment" tables. These alignments depend on the tendency to good or evil and the sympathies and antipathies between races (e.g. dwarfs dislike elves). Team cohesion summarises the different alignments between the characters in the team.
