Did you download the Jack.in.the.Dark-www.oldgames.sk-Compilation.exe ? do so and run that, it should setup perfectly, dosbox is included with it.

GOG.com is not dead, they're coming back with a re-designed website with easier to access content. Also heard they'll be offering Baldur's Gate when they open again tomorrow, 23 Sept.
